History


Colegio de San Pedro,Inc. was established in 1981. It was originally named Pacita Complex Learning Center, a nursery, kindergarten school. In 1986, it was renamed Colegio de San Pedro,Inc. with complete high school. In 1996, science-oriented curriculum and computer education were offered from Grade I - VI to High School and recognized it as Colegio de San Pedro Special Science High School.

In the same year, the College Department was established giving way to COLEGIO DE SAN PEDRO INSTITUTE OF COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY. A breakthrough in modern and STATE-OF-THE-ART Computer Education at CDSP.

A new 5-storey college building was built in the 2-hectare ground of CDSP.

Initially, two courses were offered, namely Associate in Computer Secretarial, and Associate in Computer Science, followed by Computer Technician and Computer Programming.

CDSP is now fully recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), and Technical Education Skills Development Autority (TESDA), and graduates of our college computer courses are now gainfully employed, both locally and overseas.

Today CDSP is a landmark in Pacita Complex, San Pedro, Laguna. It is committed to the total quality education of its students by offering them the best in computer-related course and the chance to a high paying career.
